About Our School

Lake Academy Polytech Academy is a STEM magnet middle school. We promote high academic achievement through a culture of respect, encouragement, and empowerment. Students are challenged and inspired via interactive, project-based activities which bring together STEM concepts to make learning relevant and interesting. Our learning community provides support to ensure that every student reaches his or her full potential. 

Students at Polytech take charge of their own academic growth. Working one-on-one with teachers, learners set and track individual goals and plans. Learners choose the what, when and where of academic activities and can use: digital tools, project based-learning, authentic experiences, and/or traditional classroom work to master content area standards. Our highly qualified teaching staff provides continuous support and coaching for our students.
